Rose Hall
Rose Hall, Sandy Oaks Ranch's newest addition, is a 6,000 square feet, climate controlled event hall with 10 foot wrap around porches, tucked in the most natural setting of Live and Spanish Oaks. This magnificent facility will serve as the perfect location for your once-in-a-lifetime event!

Rental of Rose Hall: 5:00 PM till 11:45 PM
Rose Hall will be transformed into a stunning space, with tables and chairs arranged expertly to match your vision perfectly. Prepare to impress your guests with a setup that reflects your unique style!

The weekend destination package includes all the amenities of Rose Hall on the day of the event, Live Oak Pavilion, Lodge, and Cabins during the designated rental agreement times.

Live Oak Pavilion & Lodge
The Live Oak Lodge has 1,200 square feet of inside climate control space. The indoor facilities include: living and dining areas, bar, TV, 200 square foot catering kitchen. The outdoor pavilion area with a fireplace, bar, Big Screen television sets under a (50 x 50) 2,500 square foot covered pavilion.

The Ranch Grounds
Sandy Oaks Ranch is a 525-acre historic South Texas ranch nestled among the beautiful, large live oaks of Medina County. Named to reflect its stunning terrain, we are situated in the Sarita-Wilco sands, surrounded by an abundance of live oak trees and picturesque scenery. Breathtaking sunsets and expansive views await your special day!
The Bluebonnet Shooting & Event Pavilion
Our Bluebonnet Pavilion is an additional event space with both a covered outdoor pavilion and indoor climate controlled facility. A 7,700 square foot covered pavilion space with men's and women's restrooms. This pavilion is used for recreational activities. All events are customized at this facility.
The Oak Cabins
We have four Texas style cabins available to accommodate you and your overnight guests for your weekend destination or overnight stay. Each cabin has a private bathroom and all are adjacent to the Live Oak Pavilion.

Features four twin beds with a private full bathroom.
Cabin 2
The Spanish Oak Room
Features one king-size bed with private bathroom suite.
Cabin 3
The Post Oak Room
Features two sets of bunk beds with private full bath.

What is the capacity of Rose Hall?
Rose Hall features 6,000 square feet of climate-controlled space with 10-foot wrap-around covered porches, comfortably accommodating up to 400 guests for seated dinners, banquets, and dancing.
Can we bring our own caterer and alcohol?
Yes! Sandy Oaks Ranch provides couples with vendor freedom. You may use our full commercial prep kitchen, bar setup, and bring your preferred licensed caterer and bartenders.
How many guests can stay overnight in The Oak Cabins?
Our 11 Texas-style Oak Cabins feature queen and king suites, bunk rooms, and private bathrooms, sleeping up to 16–20 guests on-site for seamless full-weekend wedding experiences.
