Rose Hall
Rose Hall, Sandy Oaks Ranch's newest addition, is a 6,000 square feet, climate controlled event hall with 10 foot wrap around porches, tucked in the most natural setting of Live and Spanish Oaks. This magnificent facility will serve as the perfect location for your once-in-a-lifetime event!
Capacity: Accommodates up to 350 guests comfortably in climate-controlled luxury.

Live Oak Pavilion & Lodge
The Live Oak Pavilion was named to depict its beautiful terrain, situated in the Sarita-Wilco sand with an abundance of Live Oak trees. The Pavilion offers an outdoor event facility featuring a beautiful rock fireplace, large bar, flat screen television, and pool area.
The Live Oak Lodge has 1,200 square feet of climate-controlled space inside, including living and dining areas, a full bar, and a 200 square foot catering kitchen. The outdoor pavilion features a fireplace, bar, and Big Screen televisions under a (50 x 50) 2,500 square foot covered pavilion (accommodates up to 300 guests).

The Ranch Grounds
Sandy Oaks Ranch a 525 acre historic South Texas ranch nestled in the beautiful, large live oaks of Medina County. Named to depict its beautiful terrain, we are situated in the Sarita-Wilco sands with an abundance of live oak trees and picturesque scenery. Breath-taking sunsets and expansive views await your special day!

The Oak Cabins
We have four Texas style cabins available to accommodate you and your overnight guest for your weekend destination or overnight stay. Each cabin has a private bathroom and all are adjacent to the Live Oak Pavilion.
Our Texas-style cabins can accommodate 12 to 16 overnight guests (with expanded capacity up to 44 guests across the facility). There are four primary cabins, each equipped with a private bathroom, satellite TV, and covered porch with rocking chairs adjacent to The Lodge:
- Cabin 1 (The Live Oak Room): Features four twin beds with private full bath.
- Cabin 2 (The Spanish Oak Room): Features two bunk beds with queen bottom bunks.
- Cabin 3 (The Post Oak Room): Features four twin beds with private bath.
- Cabin 4 (The Red Oak Room): Features one king-size bed executive suite.

What company event sizes can you accommodate?
Rose Hall comfortably hosts up to 400 attendees for large-scale company banquets, galas, and presentations. For smaller leadership retreats or department mixers, the Live Oak Pavilion hosts up to 150 guests.
What team building and recreation options are available?
We offer sporting clay competitions at the 7,700 sq ft Bluebonnet Shooting Pavilion, guided wingshooting hunts, wingshooting instruction, catch-and-release bass fishing, and outdoor evening socials around the limestone fireplace.
Are multi-day executive retreats supported with overnight lodging?
Yes! Our 11 private Texas Oak Cabins feature individual climate control, luxury bedding, WiFi, kitchenettes, and modern private baths, allowing your leadership team or VIP guests to stay on-site.
